Description:
The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) is seeking a contractor to develop and conduct a statewide California Food Assistance Program (CFAP) expansion marketing and media outreach campaign. The campaign aims to promote the new CFAP expansion and eligibility criteria, increase CFAP participation, and promote program retention for eligible Californians. The contractor will be responsible for designing and developing a marketing and media outreach campaign using multi-media methods, providing culturally inclusive messaging and outreach materials, and building trust and reducing misconceptions about CFAP participation.
